A beautiful summer menu with three courses, each one using and paring with a different DRY Sparkling soda.
I am beyond excited to share this guest blog post that I wrote for DRY Sparkling. It’s a summer menu full of vibrant dishes and perfect soda pairings. I am so in love with these sodas. They’re unique, minimal, and irresistibly refreshing.
Garden Salad with Blue Cheese & Cherry Vinaigrette, paired with Rainier Cherry DRY Sparkling soda
This salad is rustic and perfect for a crowd. It’s brought to life with a bright cherry vinaigrette, tons of summer produce, and crispy homemade torn croutons.
Grilled Shrimp with Coconut Rice and Bok Choy, paired with Ginger DRY Sparkling soda
I made a quick ginger marinade to soak the shrimp in before heading to the grill. Really creamy coconut rice and sweet bok choy bring the whole dish together.
Sparkling Watermelon Shaved Ice, paired with Lavender DRY Sparkling soda
Watermelon and lavender have become one of my new favorite combinations. This shaved ice is juicy, fizzy, and oh, so refreshing.
