Miso butter toast with poached eggs. The miso butter is rich in flavor and a little goes a long way. I’d like to think of it as a healthy-ish toast topping for when you just need something other than avocado toast.

If there’s one thing you need to be baking, it’s these easy double chocolate fudge brownies. Oh my goodness I can’t say enough good things about them – beyond simple to make (think mix, pour, bake, done), extra rich and chocolatey, with a fudge-like dense texture that is too good to resist. Plus, there’s chocolate chips folded into the batter which gives the brownies little pockets of melted, gooey chocolate. They are heavenly.
